Terms Override / Waiver of Client Terms: The client explicitly waives its own standard terms and conditions, even if these were drawn up after these standard terms and conditions of sale. In order to be valid, any derogation must be expressly agreed to in advance in writing.
- Payment Terms: Our invoices are due upon receipt.
- Late Payment Interest and Suspension of Services: In the event of non-payment for rendered services within 5 business days from the received date of the invoice, Just IT Solutions, LLC reserves the right to request a fixed interest payment amounting to 5% of the sum remaining due. Just IT Solutions, LLC will be authorized to suspend any provision of services without prior warning in the event of late payment.
- Debt Recovery & Legal Costs: If a payment is still outstanding more than sixty (60) days after the due payment date, Just IT Solutions, LLC reserves the right to call on the services of a debt recovery company. All legal expenses will be payable by the client.

Withholding Tax Responsibility: Certain countries apply withholding at source on the amount of invoices, in accordance with their internal legislation. Any withholding at source will be paid by the client to the tax authorities. Under no circumstances can Just IT Solutions, LLC become involved in costs related to a country's legislation. The amount of the invoice will therefore be due to Just IT Solutions, LLC in its entirety and does not include any costs relating to the legislation of the country in which the client is located.

Best Efforts & No Third-Party Liability: Just IT Solutions, LLC undertakes to do its best to supply performant services in due time in accordance with the agreed timeframes. However, none of its obligations can be considered as being an obligation to achieve results. Just IT Solutions, LLC cannot under any circumstances, be required by the client to appear as a third party in the context of any claim for damages filed against the client by an end consumer.
- Chargeback Waiver: By completing a purchase, the buyer agrees not to initiate a chargeback without first contacting the seller and making a good-faith effort to resolve the issue. Any chargeback filed without prior communication may result in account suspension and forfeiture of future purchase rights.
- Return Policy Disclosure: All sales are final unless the product is defective or not as described. In order for it to be admissible, Just IT Solutions, LLC must be notified of any claim by means of a letter sent by recorded delivery to its registered office within 5 days of the delivery of the goods or the provision of the services. Claims must include photographic evidence of the issue. Returned items must be in original condition and packaging. Any items picked up at a storefront location must be returned at a storefront location.
- Proof of Delivery: The seller uses tracked shipping methods. Delivery confirmation via carrier tracking constitutes proof of delivery. Claims of non-receipt must be made within 2 days of the delivery date.
- Restocking Fee: Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 5% or $100 [whichever is lesser] to cover handling and inspection costs. This fee will be deducted from any refund issued.
- Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through direct communication before escalating to a financial institution or legal action. The seller reserves the right to submit all relevant documentation, including signed agreements and delivery records, to dispute any chargeback.
- Fraudulent Claims: Filing a false claim or initiating a chargeback for a legitimate transaction may be considered fraud. The seller reserves the right to pursue legal remedies, including reporting to relevant authorities and seeking damages.
- Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any legal action must be filed in the courts located in United States of America, New York. All our contractual relations will be governed exclusively by United States law.
